Any Goal Personal Training offer Bootcamp Classes to the people of South Manchester including the population of Altrincham, Chorlton, Cheadle, Didsbury, Sale, & Timperley. We welcome all of you who are looking for a different way to get fit. Our sessions are held in Didsbury & Sale with three locations in Sale and one in Didsbury. Regular sessions are held throughout the week ensuring there are suitable times for everyone who wants to take part.

We try to stay away from just running round in circles or round a football pitch. We use innovative exercises to ensure our clients do not get bored and stuck in a rut. After a bootcamp session you will feel worked, energized and see your desired fitness goals in no time at all.
You will be trained by a highly qualified and experienced team of trainers who are all REPs level 3 qualified ensuring you receive an experience that you will enjoy and find effective.
Typical activities include: Circuit Training, Boxercise, SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness), Core Training and Team Fitness Games.
