Dan Christopherson
Dan is an outgoing, friendly personal trainer who is dedicated to getting you the results you deserve. His love for exercise and fitness is displayed through his highly motivating training style. Having been a keen lover of sport at an early age he has played in a wide range of different sports varying from football to ice hockey.
Dan is an experienced trainer having worked in a large health club as a personal trainer and class instructor. He has taught circuit training, boxercise and spinning classes which means his experience in group classes is almost unbeatable. Dan feels that to be the best in your field you have to keep updated with the latest fitness trends. This has sent him on various courses including Kettle bell, TRX suspension, and Vipr training which are all the latest trends in the fitness industry. Due to this you will find Dans classes fun and fresh which will help you with your fitness goals without getting bored.
Dan thoroughly enjoys his job, 'Helping people change their way of life is so rewarding! Its a great feeling when someone jumps off the scales and they have hit the targets we set a few months previous. I'm just glad I can help people towards a happier life'.
Dan is a firm believer in the effectiveness of functional circuit training. Functional training involves exercises that simulate everyday movements and thus make everyday tasks more easier!
You will find Dan at most of the Bootcamp classes at both the Didsbury & Sale locations.
Oliver Smith
Oliver is an energetic trainer who aims to get every person involved in having fun and achieving their goals. He thinks that exercise has been a chore for too long and aims to reinvent his clients way of training. Although the youngest member of the team he is a highly experienced bootcamp instructor and reputable personal trainer. His energy is shown when instructing and you will find him joining in during the class to keep morale high and motivating you as much as he possibly can.
Oliver has always known that the fitness industry would be the place for him. He has gathered a wide variety of knowledge throughout the years however feels the best place was not in a gym but in fact doing home personal training. This encouraged him to create new ways of training, taking current exercises and putting his own stamp on them. You will find exercises in Oliver's sessions unique and may never of used them before.
During his years Oliver has worked with a variety of clients between the ages of 16-75, male and female covering all goals. With this Oliver is able to help everyone and anyone which is why he fits in well with the Any Goal team. He feels that if you create a warm, welcoming, positive environment for clients then they are more likely to stick to a routine.

Joe Rushton
Joe is a friendly person who's love for fitness and working with people inevitably led to a career in fitness. He's been involved in sport all his life, playing Football from a young age and still playing Sunday League Football in a local league. Football is really the cornerstone of his fitness, but has recently also caught the Cycling bug. He also played Cricket and Rugby during his school years. Joe has always been interested in his own fitness however it wasn't until the start of his 20's that his passion for fitness grew. This encouraged Joe to learn everything there is to know in fitness which would then enable him to assist others with their fitness goals.
In terms of Joe's training methods he is a strong believer of the benefits of interval training. He uses this within his own training and feels that this is one of the best ways to achieve weight loss and to improve your cardiovascular fitness. Joe also appreciates the benefits of circuit training. 'Its unbelievable the amount of training you can fit into a relatively short space of time using circuit training and incorporating functional movements and exercises really helps with everyday activities'.
Joe states that he always looks forward to the next session and hopes that his enthusiasm for the bootcamp classes is passed on to the class. In his classes you will find a wide variety of exercises to keep the class switched on and challenged.
